Machine Operator

Machine Operator - Excavator / Skid / HR We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Martin Brothers As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for operating a range of heavy machinery and equipment on construction sites, playing a vital role in the successful delivery of our projects. What you'll be doing Safely operate and maintain a variety of construction equipment such as excavators, loaders, Skid Steer, and Trucks Perform pre-start checks and report any issues or maintenance requirements Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment You should be comfortable being out of the machine as required for jobs where there is no machines required What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience as a Machine Operator in the construction industry Proficient in the operation of a range of heavy machinery and equipment Demonstrated ability to read and interpret site plans and instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Effective communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's licence and construction industry tickets/certifications What you can expect Competitive hourly rates plus paid overtime Training budget allocated to you for upskilling and additional tickets.
