Talent Acquisition Senior Officer/Specialist (Base Bangpoo) (1-Year Contract)

Location: Bangpoo, Samut Prakarn (On-site) Working Hours: Monday-Friday 07:40-16:40 Your main role is to: Manage the hiring process ensuring that staffing requirements are satisfied in the most timely and cost-effective manner Assess current recruitment strategies and the organization’s staffing needs and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures as/when needed Supervise talent acquisition and guideline within the team. Conduct internal audits of recruitment processes within the organization. Coordinate external audits of recruitment processes with customers or authorities. Handle and analyze recruitment reports using excel and internal system. Sources and develop a pipeline candidates against job requirements. Utilize networking and sourcing resources including: social media platforms and tools in driving candidate/employment brand awareness Manage and develop recruitment tools and systems Develop recruitment strategies, employer branding and hiring plans Participate in employer branding projects and events. Other recruitment or talent acquisition related tasks assigned by supervisors. Who are we looking for? Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science or other related fields Minimum 4-8 years of working experience in Recruitment or Talent acquisition Good command in Thai and English communication skills. (meetings and presentations) Chinese language ability is a plus. Advanced Excel functions, data analysis, and reporting. Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, databases, or basic IT knowledge. Working experience in a multicultural environment is preferred.
