Assistant Factory Manager (Qingyuan Stationed)

We are a leading OEM manufacturer of electrical household appliances for worldwide brand names. Based in Hong Kong, we have highly integrated production facilities in Guangdong Province and Batam, Indonesia. We would like to invite high caliber individuals to fill the following vacancy: Responsible for supporting the management team in overseeing all aspects of the factory operation with over 3,000 staff including monitoring of day-to-day production planning & scheduling, engineering, production progress, process improvement, quality control, resources allocation & cost management etc to ensure the efficient, quality and safe operation of the factory. Degree or above in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines At least 10 years relevant experience of which 5 years experience at managerial position in manufacturing industry Solid manufacturing experience in electrical products, with comprehensive knowledge of production processes and all aspects of factory operations Proven experience in production setup and assembly line operations in a manufacturing environment With experience in lean manufacturing and 6-Sigma is preferable Strong problem solving & team management skills, self-motivated, attentive to details and highly quality-conscious Good command of English and Chinese Candidate with less experience will be considered as Production Engineering Manager We offer attractive remuneration package including 5-day work, bank holidays, group medical insurance etc to the right candidates.
