Company: JRT Group Job Title: CIVIL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR Location: Yeppoon, Rockhampton & Capricorn Coast QLD Job Term: Full Time Permanent Immediate Start | Be home every night | Ongoing work About the role JRT Group has existing and upcoming civil construction projects across Rockhampton and Yeppoon and is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team. If you have proven experience in contract administration, strong organisational and communication skills, and take pride in accuracy, compliance, and supporting successful project delivery, this is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable local contractor. Key responsibilities Liaising with clients, suppliers and the Project Manager to ensure all project documentation is completed accurately and on time Managing document control inwards and outwards, including construction programming, site procedures, safety plans and site induction requirements Contact with site supervisors and Project Managers as required Ensuring documents are prepared, reviewed and approved prior to issue for use Generating Quality Assurance documentation, including ITPs and drawing management Scanning quality documentation to job folders Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers to request quotes and raise purchase orders Managing contract variations and progress claims, uploading details to client representatives as required General project procurement as required by Project Managers Attending weekly meetings and recording minutes as required About you Proven experience in contract administration Strong organisational and communication skills Experience with MYOB Advanced & Procore (desirable) Benefits Permanent employment Monday to Friday role Employee discounts and offers with various retailers Above award wages paid on a weekly basis Training & development opportunities About us JRT Group has existing and upcoming civil construction projects across Rockhampton and Yeppoon.
