They are seen as an employer of choice for having a fantastic work environment and company culture What does it look like As the Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients through the pre construction phase. Providing regular customer updates Following up brokers and developers Checking of documentation and variations Working with internal drafting and estimating team Providing exceptional customer service Reporting back to Customer Service Manager What we are looking for: Min 2 years customer service or administration based experience Building industry experience preferred but not essential - training on offer!
