About the role We are currently seeking experienced Excavator and Dozer Operators to support a construction project in the Mount Garnet region. These are long-term opportunities of approximately 6 months for experienced operators who can demonstrate a strong background operating heavy mobile plant on construction sites. Key responsibilities Operate heavy machinery on construction sites Demonstrate strong safety awareness and commitment to site procedures Work long shifts and commit to the 10/4 roster (10 days on / 4 days off) Work independently and as part of a team For Excavator Operators: final trim experience highly desirable About you Demonstrated experience operating heavy machinery on construction sites Current White Card LE Class – Excavator for Excavator Operators (RIIMPO320F) LZ Class – Dozer for Dozer Operators (RIIMPO323D) Strong safety awareness and commitment to site procedures Reliable and hard-working attitude Ability to work long shifts and commit to the 10/4 roster Ability to work independently and as part of a team What we're offering Drive back on work time on the final day of the swing Travel days are paid at 4 hours, regardless of where you travel from Accommodation provided Cooking facilities available – candidates are required to cook for themselves $50/ day meal allowance
