National Integrity Lead Help shape safer sport for thousands of Australians. Gymnastics Australia is seeking a values-driven National Integrity Lead to join our National Integrity Unit. This is an exciting opportunity for an integrity, safeguarding, complaints, investigations, legal, governance or risk professional looking to make a meaningful impact in sport. Reporting to the General Manager Safeguarding, and working closely with our Head of Complaints and Investigations you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of complaints management and integrity screening across the sport. About the role As the National Integrity Lead, you will: Coordinate the intake, triage and administration of integrity and safeguarding complaints. Support the management of sensitive and complex integrity matters. Coordinate integrity screening activities across Gymnastics Australia. Maintain accurate case records and reporting. Provide advice and support to members and stakeholders on integrity policies and processes. Monitor trends and identify opportunities for prevention, education and continuous improvement. Contribute to creating safe, inclusive and respectful environments across gymnastics in Australia. About you You will bring: Experience in complaints handling, integrity, safeguarding, investigations, governance, law, risk, compliance or a related field. Strong judgement and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. An understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred practice. A commitment to safeguarding children and protecting the integrity of sport. Why Gymnastics Australia?
