In this role, you'll use your technical expertise to support our customers, work closely with our workshop and parts teams, and ensure a seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle completion. Whether you're an experienced technician looking for a new challenge or someone with a strong technical background in the commercial vehicle or automotive industry, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in customer service while remaining connected to the industry you know. You will have: Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum of three years technical experience in the automotive/commercial vehicle industry.
