Supervisor

Design & Build are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our modular construction client on a 6-month fixed-term contract . Interviews will commence immediately, with the successful candidate starting shortly after. About the Role: Working closely with the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard of quality. The successful candidate must be comfortable travelling for work , including to regional project sites as required. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities and construction works Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company policies Monitor project progress, programme and timelines Report progress and any site issues to the Project Manager Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality Manage site documentation, inspections and reporting Assist with resolving construction issues and coordinating site requirements Travel to regional project sites as required About You Current QBCC licence Valid First Aid Certificate Current CPR certification Proven experience supervising building or construction projects Strong leadership and communication skills Strong understanding of site safety and quality requirements Ability to work effectively with subcontractors, trades and project teams Must be willing and able to travel for work , including regional travel Ability to commit to the full 6-month contract Able to successfully pass a drug and medical assessment What’s on Offer Immediate start 6-month fixed-term contract Competitive salary and benefits Supportive team environment Opportunity to work closely with an experienced Project Manager Exposure to a range of modular construction projects Potential for further opportunities following the contract If you are an experienced Site Supervisor looking for your next opportunity and are ready to hit the ground running, apply today or contact Blake White at Design & Build.
