Based in Brisbane, this is a senior leadership opportunity with responsibility for overseeing project delivery teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, commercially and to the highest standard. The Opportunity Reporting to senior management, you will provide leadership across multiple projects, supporting Project Managers and Site Teams while driving programme, commercial performance, quality, and client outcomes. Drive programme, commercial performance, quality, safety, and project outcomes. Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Review project financial performance, forecasts, variations, procurement, and commercial risks. Develop and maintain strong relationships while identifying opportunities to improve delivery and business performance. About You 10+ years' commercial construction experience with a head contractor. Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction. Proven experience leading Project Managers and delivery teams. Strong understanding of project financials, programming, and commercial management. Excellent stakeholder management skills and established subcontractor and consultant relationships. This role would suit an experienced Construction Manager, Project Director or Senior Project Manager looking to take the next step into a broader leadership position.
