Clinic Assistance (Psychology)(Virtual)

Responsibilities: Clinic executive working in virtual setting, responsibility including: Provide warm, professional remote front-desk support to clients via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring a smooth virtual check-in and follow-up experience Manage client registrations, appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and enquiries through the clinic’s booking systems Handle payment processing, invoicing, and financial record-keeping Perform general administrative tasks, including managing records and the clinic’s file system (Microsoft Excel/Word) Coordinate psychologists’ calendars, room bookings, and send appointment reminders and follow-ups Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and client enquiries Occasional in-person meetings might be required from time to time.
