Now we have opened, we are on the hunt for an experienced Pizza Chef to join our team. You will be experienced in high-volume, high-quality cuisine with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in delivering exceptional service every time. The role of the Pizza Chef is to participate in the day-to-day operation of the pizza section and be skilled to prepare menu items in all sections in line with HACCP standards. You will be responsible for: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pizza section, including adhering to internal and external policies and procedures. Assist with menu development and execution. Be a subject matter expert, understand food trends and do market research. Recognise when maintenance is required on kitchen equipment and communicate accordingly. Coordinate and complete monthly stocktakes. Ensure health and safety are always at the forefront. Ensure all kitchen logs are completely accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure the kitchen has a high level of cleanliness at all times. This role is Full-time with a minimum of 30hours guaranteed per week with the wage range being $ 28.00 - $36.00 depending on experience. In terms of you, this role will take a high level of commitment and drive with the ultimate goal of making the business a success. You will have a strong understanding of working under pressure.
