Construction Manager - Queensland

WYNCO Recruitment has been exclusively engaged by a highly regarded Tier 2 builder to appoint a proven Construction Manager to lead its Queensland project delivery function. With multiple live projects across Brisbane and a strong pipeline of future work, this is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of project performance, lead high-calibre delivery teams and play a major role in the continued growth of the Queensland business. This is not a single-project role. You will oversee a portfolio of projects and work closely with senior leadership to ensure every project is delivered safely, commercially and to an exceptional standard. The Role Lead and oversee multiple live projects across Queensland Manage and mentor Project Managers, Site Managers and Contract Administrators Drive performance across programme, cost, quality and safety Maintain strong commercial and contractual oversight Review construction methodology, procurement, resourcing and project strategy Identify project risk early and drive practical solutions Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors Support pre-construction, mobilisation and future project delivery Help shape and grow the Queensland construction operation Experience across commercial, high-end residential, mixed-use, hotels or other complex building projects will be highly regarded.
