About the role Video Editor & AI Video Specialist responsible for planning and producing videos for digital platforms and social media in various formats. The role encompasses on-site production both indoors and outdoors, with quality control of visuals and audio, lighting setup and composition management to meet production standards, post-production video editing with color correction and audio enhancement, and creation and development of work using Generative AI and AI Video Tools. The position involves producing both short-form and long-form videos suited to each platform, managing and operating live streaming including system preparation, broadcast control and troubleshooting, and continuously studying, experimenting and applying AI tools and new technologies to video production processes. Key responsibilities Plan and produce videos for digital platforms and social media in various formats Conduct on-site production both indoors and outdoors with quality control of visuals and audio Manage lighting setup and composition to meet production standards Perform post-production video editing with color correction and audio enhancement to achieve professional-quality output Create and develop work using Generative AI and AI Video Tools Produce both short-form and long-form videos appropriate for each platform Manage and operate live streaming including system preparation, broadcast control and troubleshooting Study, experiment and apply AI tools and new technologies to video production processes About you Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations or related field Minimum 5 years of direct experience in multimedia work Expertise in AI Video Generative and Video Production Strong communication skills with ability to convey storytelling through video media effectively Creative mindset, enjoys experimenting with new things and keeps up with trends in AI, Video and Digital Content Growth mindset ready to learn new technologies, tools and workflows continuously Positive attitude and ability to work efficiently with team members High sense of responsibility, discipline, punctuality and ability to manage time under limited deadlines Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks well Good interpersonal skills, open to feedback and ready for continuous self-development Proficiency with AI Video Generator tools, Premier Pro, video shooting and lighting techniques, Adobe Photoshop and CapCut
