About the role Spartans Boxing Club Buona Vista is a community-driven boxing gym in Buona Vista, offering group classes, personal training, and a strong member-first culture. We're growing our coaching team and looking for passionate, reliable coaches to join us. Key responsibilities Lead group boxing and boxing-fitness classes (technique, pad work, conditioning circuits) Deliver personal training sessions as needed Build genuine relationships with members to support retention and community culture Maintain a safe, high-energy training environment Support class scheduling and occasional member communication About you Boxing coaching experience (competitive background a plus, not required) Availability to work shifts, including weekends — our class schedule includes weekend sessions Strong communication and people skills — you'll be coaching all fitness levels, not just experienced boxers Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented First Aid/CPR certification a plus Experience running group fitness formats or circuit-style classes Comfort with member-facing communication (WhatsApp, social media) About us Spartans Boxing Club Buona Vista is a community-driven boxing gym in Buona Vista, offering group classes, personal training, and a strong member-first culture.
