Inviting applications for the role of General Accounting (Record to Report) As the General Accounting (Record to Report) you will be mainly responsible in preparing monthly journals based on a defined list or as directed to close the books at month end. Prepare monthly accounts analysis of Balance Sheet items and ensure proper reclassification and balances is valid. Perform month end closing tasks and reporting per defined timeline. Intercompany: Perform intercompany billings and accounting based on defined list, procedure or when directed. Perform monthly intercompany confirmation with other entities. Perform payment and reconciliation. Cash Management: Daily / weekly bank reconciliation of in and out of bank transactions against AP and AR transactions. Align with AP and AR specialists for any discrepancy between bank statement and AP & AR transactions. Fixed Asset Accounting: Perform accounting for fixed assets registration, movements, and month end depreciation. IFRS 16 lease accounting registration, movements, and month end interest rate calculation. General Ledger: Perform month-end-closing activities (Revenue & Expense Accrual and Reversal / Manual Journal Entry) Perform various tasks related to accounting, reporting including investigation, resolution, and escalation of issues in a timely manner. Preparation of financial report and management report. Working knowledge of VAT, GST, CIT, and etc Adherence and maintenance of SLA & KPI on weekly basis. Qualifications we seek in you! Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in accounting. (ACCA & CA) A “Can-do” attitude with ability to change and responsibility to complete assigned tasks. Strong GAAP knowledge and good understanding of controls, policies, compliance and process efficiency. Must have at least 3+ years of relevant experiences post degree. Audit experience (preferred) and/or commercial background, Share Service Centers (SSC). Excellent Excel skills.
