The Sales & Marketing Executive / Senior Executive is responsible for managing assigned client accounts, driving bedspace sales, securing contract renewals, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. The role oversees end-to-end customer relationship management and serves as the primary point of contact for operational and commercial matters within the assigned client portfolio. The incumbent also supports marketing activities aimed at increasing market awareness, generating leads, and promoting the Company’s accommodation offerings. At the Senior Executive level, the incumbent will additionally provide guidance and support to the Sales & Marketing team, contribute to team performance, and assist the Sales & Marketing Director in improving processes and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Client Servicing & Relationship Management Manage day-to-day client relationships within assigned portfolio Address client inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally Serve as the primary contact for operational and commercial matters Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and repeat business Sales Execution & Quotation Management Prepare, review and issue quotations and proposals Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers Drive bedspace sales and support occupancy targets Conduct follow-ups with prospective and existing clients on sales opportunities Contract Management Manage contract renewals and extensions under Sales & Marketing Director’s guidance Ensure timely execution of agreements and compliance with contractual terms Monitor upcoming contract expiries and follow up proactively on renewals Business Growth Support & Marketing Support Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities for the Company’s accommodation offerings Prepare and coordinate marketing materials, presentations and sales collateral Provide client feedback and market insights to support sales and marketing initiatives Conduct market and competitor research where required Support lead-generation activities, client outreach, events or other business development initiatives Maintain and update relevant marketing content and communication materials where required Administrative & CRM Duties Maintain accurate client records and update CRM with sales progress Prepare and issue contracts, renewals and tenancy agreements Track and manage documentation workflow Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, billing cycles and credit notes Ensure sales and client documentation is properly maintained and filed Sales Reporting & Pipeline Tracking Compile and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales reports based on management requirements Track sales performance metrics such as occupancy rates, client renewals, and new sign-ups Provide data analytics support to aid performance reviews and forecasting Client Onboarding & Handover Coordination Support the dormitory handover process by coordinating with Operations teams Ensure all relevant documents, such as client information, tenancy lists and check-in documentation, are properly completed and filed Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal departments during onboarding and handover Team Leadership & Coordination Provide guidance and support to Sales & Marketing Executives Monitor team workload and ensure timely follow-up on client matters Promote collaboration between Sales, Operations and Finance team Assist Sales & Marketing Director in implementing processes and improving team efficiency Requirement Minimum ITE, Diploma, or Degree in any field; Business Administration or related disciplines preferred Candidates with strong relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal educational qualifications Minimum 2–5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Singapore Proven sales experience in property, construction-related products, or built environment sectors preferred Experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, dormitory, or student hostel industry would be an advantage Exposure to marketing, lead-generation, market research or promotional activities would be advantageous Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role, or demonstrated leadership potential Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to multitask, prioritise and follow through effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with market research, data analysis and reporting Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
