A Japanese electronic manufacturing company established in 1996, specializing in the production of wire harnesses for the automotive and consumer electronics industries. Position: HR Supervisor – Employee Relations Industry: Manufacturing Location: General Trias, Cavite Salary: Php 35,000 – Php 40,000 Work Schedule: Monday–Friday Work Setup: Onsite JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in an HR Supervisor or Team Lead role. More than 5 years of experience in HR, particularly in employee relations, disciplinary procedures, employee programs, and HR administration. Experience handling employee grievances, workplace concerns, investigations, and disciplinary actions. Willing to attend a face-to-face interview in Cavite. Can start as soon as possible. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Handle employee concerns, grievances, complaints, and workplace conflicts, ensuring appropriate and timely resolution. Conduct and coordinate administrative investigations and prepare necessary documentation related to employee cases. Organize employee activities, events, orientations, and other initiatives that support employee satisfaction and engagement. Prepare and issue HR-related notices, memoranda, and other employee communications. Provide guidance to employees and supervisors regarding company policies, rules, and procedures. Prepare HR reports and provide management with updates regarding employee relations and HR programs.
