Key Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years in Logistics / Supply Chain / Customer Service / Shipping Documentation ; fresh graduates are acceptable Education: Background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business or related fields English: Good command of spoken and written English Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills Strong problem-solving and proactive attitude Detail-oriented , especially with shipping documents and data accuracy Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and follow up until issues are closed Customer-focused and a good team player Key Requirements / Preferred Experience Experience or knowledge of shipping documentation , especially Shipping Instruction (SI) and Bill of Lading (B/L) Able to coordinate with customers, carriers, customs brokers, vendors, and internal teams Understand basic end-to-end shipment / logistics operations Able to check, prepare, amend, and audit shipping documents accurately Comfortable working with SOPs, KPIs, reporting, and documentation deadlines Able to identify documentation issues and proactively coordinate for resolution
