Our client is a US Business IT Consulting Firm with a rich history in providing IT Services and driving digital transformation initiatives for Tier-One Clients. They are currently working closely with a Large-Scale Retail MNC Corporation and is seeking a Data Custodian for their Delivery Team . Responsibilities: Perform data extraction & data analysis from CRM systems for support investigation & projects Leverage ETL tools to extract, transform, load and verify data during migration projects. Work closely with vendors to investigate data quality issues and find resolution at various CRM touchpoints Build data monitoring reports between systems and report to business Requirements: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a data analyst Direct exposure with SQL and ETL Sound knowledge with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Reltio) Exposure in the retail industry is preferrable Strong stakeholder management skills with fluent English communication Candidates who are available for short-notice interview arrangements would be prioritised [Please note: Personal data collected will be used for recruitment purposes only.
