Duties & Responsibility: Analyze month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Find or maintain appropriate banking facilities to run the business. Analyze the business risk and recommend for any possible tools to reduce the risk for the management joint decision. Look after the efficiency of the accounting and reporting system. Any other assignment to be assigned by the MD. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting. Minimum 3 years’ work experience in financial accounting role. Experience in manage budget and financial forecast. Ability to develop, manage and motivate an effective team. Must have strong planning, analytical, decision-making and communication skills. Fluent in English both written and spoken. Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
