Demand-Supply Planner

About the role ARNIR (Thailand) Limited is seeking a skilled Demand-Supply Planner to join our dynamic team in Pathum Thani. As a Demand-Supply Planner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our production and logistics operations to meet customer demands efficiently. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of our company. Key Responsibilities Coordinate directly with customers to receive purchase orders, drawings, specifications, delivery requirements, and related product information. Follow up and clarify any missing or revised customer information with both the customer and Engineering to ensure correct product requirements before material and production planning. Review customer demand and perform material requirement planning based on BOM, inventory, open purchase orders, lead times, and required delivery dates. Coordinate with Buyer to ensure raw materials are ordered and available according to the production plan. Plan production and send requested to Store to release Work Orders (WO) according to customer demand, material availability, and required delivery dates. Monitor material readiness, production progress, WO status, shortages, and potential delivery delays, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments. Follow up production until completion of Finished Goods (FG) and ensure FG availability meets the customer shipment schedule. Prepare Sales Invoice, packing information, and shipment documentation. Coordinate with forwarders for import/export shipments, transportation, and customs clearance. Monitor and verify BOI import quotas and balances before importing materials and provide the required information to forwarders for customs clearance. Coordinate export customs formalities and BOI stock deduction/cut-off for finished goods shipments. Coordinate FG release, shipment arrangement, and final delivery to customers. Maintain accurate and timely information in the ERP system covering customer demand, BOM readiness, material requirements, WO, inventory, FG, and shipment status. Provide regular updates on material shortages, production status, delivery risks, and shipment status to Management and relevant departments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. 2–3 years’ experience in Supply/Demand Planning, Production Planning, Material Planning, or related functions in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of BOM, MRP, inventory, purchasing, production planning, and WO management. Experience with ERP systems; Priority ERP is an advantage. Knowledge of import/export, customs, forwarder coordination, and BOI is an advantage. Good Excel and analytical skills. Good command of English. Strong coordination, planning, problem-solving, and follow-up skills. Able to manage end-to-end customer requirements from order/drawing through production and shipment.
