Senior Human Resources Executive (Mandarin Speaking) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team and support a broad range of Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management . This role will work closely with both local and regional stakeholders, therefore proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing) is required . If you are a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and taking ownership of end-to-end HR matters, we would love to hear from you. What You’ll Do Manage the full recruitment cycle , including job postings, sourcing, candidate screening, interviews, offer management, and hiring coordination. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels. Partner with managers on employee performance, disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution . Serve as a key point of contact for employees on HR policies, workplace concerns, and employee-related matters. Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Manage and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HR system data. Ensure HR practices and processes comply with relevant labour laws and regulatory requirements . Support performance management, employee engagement, training, and other HR initiatives. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, strategies, and projects aligned with business objectives. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management , or a related field. Minimum 4 years of HR experience , with broad exposure across multiple HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training, performance management, and HR administration. Strong proficiency in Mandarin Chinese – speaking, reading, and writing – is required. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Good problem-solving skills with the ability to handle employee-related matters professionally. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information. Proficient in Microsoft Office , including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with HRIS, ATS, or other HR systems is an advantage.
