Job Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential dental clinics to promote the Company's products and services. Develop new customers and identify business opportunities through telesales and other available channels. Maintain good relationships with existing customers and follow up regularly to encourage repeat business. Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations and sales opportunities to achieve sales conversion. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product and service information. Work closely with Customer Service, Production and other internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Achieve assigned sales targets and participate in other sales and promotional activities as required. Job Requirements Higher Diploma or above. 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, B2B sales or business development. Experience in the dental, medical, healthcare or related industry will be an advantage. Comfortable with outbound calling and developing new customers. Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented and a good team player. Knowledge of dental laboratory services, DSA or dental technology is preferred. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
