Due to the massive increase of interest from students, we are currently looking for an experienced counsellor to join our team. Responsibilities Advising prospective Thai students with programmes, universities options, supporting document preparation, and application processing and follow up. Maintaining communication regarding news, updates, promotions, scholarships, and activities with students. Following up with new enquiries via phone, LINE, email, in-person etc. Travelling to work or visit university partners overseas (at least 1 time a year) Maintaining excellent knowledge by attending training and workshop as assigned Attending study abroad exhibitions hosting by the company Attending conferences, seminar, and socialising events which could sometimes be out of working hours Qualifications Obtained a degree from the United Kingdom is an advantage, but not essential Excellent communication skills Fluent in written and spoken in English Enthusiastic, open-mined, easily adaptable, target driven, and motivated Minimum 1+ year working experience in the field of Education Counselling (this position is not open to fresh graduates) CV/Resume must be in English only Able to commute between company branches Benefits Sales bonus Sales incentive Leaves Social Security Funds Accident Insurance Provident fund
