Key Responsibilities Review engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, material specifications, and customer standards to ensure products are manufactured to exact requirements. Gain end-to-end exposure to manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, metal casting, surface treatment, assembly, inspection, and packaging . Analyze and validate quality documentation, including FAI reports, CMM inspection results, dimensional reports, and material certifications . Proactively identify production bottlenecks, quality risks, scrap and rework issues, and delivery challenges before they impact operations. Lead root cause investigations for non-conforming products and drive effective corrective actions using 8D, CAPA, and structured problem-solving methodologies . Conduct supplier quality audits, assess process effectiveness, and champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance and product quality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field . Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related discipline. Background in tooling, machining, or precision manufacturing processes. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle for regular supplier site visits. Strong knowledge of CNC machining, metal casting, fabrication, tooling, and industrial mechanical components , with an understanding of manufacturing processes, quality requirements, and production controls.
