Account Executive

About the role We are a vibrant and rapidly growing second hand car dealership, recognized as one of the top-performing dealers in the area. With strong potential and a dynamic team culture, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Account Executive to handle dealership accounting documentation. Key responsibilities Handle full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, P&L, SOFP, CF Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements Ensure timely closing of accounts and month-end reports Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretaries Handle SST/GST, withholding tax, and other statutory submissions Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budget variances Support internal and external audits Maintain proper accounting records, documentation financial analysis and management reporting Perform bank reconciliation Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payment processing and collection monitoring 任职要求 • 最低要求会计、金融、工商管理或相关领域的文凭或学位，有专业资格认证（如ACCA、CPA、CIMA或 同等资格）者优先。 • 至少5年会计/行政/汽车行业工作经验（应届毕业生亦可考虑）。 • 熟悉Microsoft Office（Word, Excel）及基本计算机操作。 • 了解汽车注册/保险/银行贷款流程者优先。 • 有会计软件（如AutoCount）使用经验者优先。 • 责任心强、注重细节，能够独立工作。 • 良好的英语和马来语沟通及写作能力（会中文者优先）。 About you Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field At least 5 years of working experience in accounting/admin/automotive industry Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer systems Knowledge of automotive registration/insurance/bank loan processes is an advantage Experience with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount) is an advantage Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Good communication and writing skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage) 薪酬与福利 基本薪资：RM6,500 – RM7,000 （视资格、经验及表现而定） 公积金、SOCSO 社保、EIS 就业保险系统。 年假、病假、陪产假。 绩效奖金与激励。 培训与职业发展机会。 Benefits EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Paternity Leave Performance Bonus and Incentives Training and career development opportunities
