Executive/ Senior Executive, Community Partnership and Volunteer Management- ECON Healthcare Group The Executive/ Senior Executive is responsible for leading the community engagement efforts of ECON Healthcare Group (EHG) internal stakeholders (senior care services and supporting functions) to activate partners in the public, private and people sectors to enable seniors to age in place. Together with the internal stakeholders He/ She will support their plans to execute a portfolio of community-based programmes and events, as well as advocacy activities in the community/estates within EHG service boundaries. He/she will ensure goal achievement through the effective leadership, engagement, empowerment and mobilisation of partners and volunteers. Job Responsibilities Responsible for supporting conceptualising, planning and organising community projects/engagement to increase visibility of various services within EHG Arrange recruitment and reactivation activities for passive volunteers. Carry out risk management measures and needs analysis for volunteers with the programme team. Carry out and uphold volunteer policies and processes including volunteer recognition and engagement activities. Conduct volunteer training programmes and partner with community partners to build volunteer capabilities. Maintain and audit volunteer database and training records. Monitor effectiveness of volunteer partnerships. Support development and review of volunteer management policies and processes. Work with social service organisations, community stakeholders, corporate partners and agencies to develop volunteer programmes. Requirements: · Minimum Diploma in a related field and/or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience · Strong organisational, analytical, interpersonal and writing skills · Ability to speak various languages and dialects · Good stakeholder engagement and volunteer management skills
