Key Responsibilities Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Act as a trusted HR Business Partner by providing professional HR advice and supporting organizational growth. Lead and manage full-spectrum HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Administration (excluding Payroll). Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and corporate positions, ensuring timely and quality hiring. Develop recruitment strategies, employer branding initiatives, and talent pipelines to attract top talent. Collaborate with department managers on manpower planning, succession planning, and organizational development. Design and continuously improve Job Descriptions (JD), competency frameworks, KPI, and performance appraisal systems. Plan and implement Learning & Development programs to enhance employee capabilities and leadership development. Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives. Handle employee relations matters, workplace conflicts, disciplinary actions, employee investigations, and grievances in accordance with company policies and Thai labor laws. Provide HR guidance and coaching to managers on people management and employee development. Conduct salary benchmarking and support compensation and benefits programs. Manage Visa & Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation for expatriate employees. Ensure compliance with Thai Labor Law, company policies, and employment regulations. Lead HR projects, process improvements, and HR digitalization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience , including at least 5 years in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Generalist role. Experience in HR within an IT environment or a good understanding of the IT business and technology workforce. Proven experience managing full-spectrum HR functions (excluding Payroll). Experience in recruiting IT professionals and supporting technology teams. Hands-on experience in Visa & Work Permit administration for expatriate employees. Solid knowledge of Thai Labor Law and HR best practices. Experience in Talent Acquisition, Organization Development (OD), Learning & Development (L&D), Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Compensation & Benefits. Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving abilities. Proactive, hands-on, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
