Job Summary Responsible for supporting and maintaining SAP systems with a focus on ABAP development for support/maintenance activities. Accountable for troubleshooting, developing and enhancing ABAP programs in line with business requirements, and collaborating closely with functional teams and business users. Responsibilities Support and resolve SAP ABAP issues through break-fix / incident management in accordance with SLAs Develop, enhance, and debug ABAP programs across RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) Perform root cause analysis on production issues and propose sustainable solutions Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs to improve system efficiency Support change requests, enhancements, and minor projects related to the SAP system Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer or Software Engineering or related field. At least 5 years in SAP project implementation or support as ABAP roles Experience in ABAP all basic / advance ABAP programming tools. Experience in ABAP for HANA, S/4 Implementation or support Strong with programming, maintenance of application, analytical skill Experience with ABAP Cloud / RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model) will be an advantage Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management) will be an advantage Experience in Coding and testing program modules that meet design specifications Maintaining, tuning and repairing applications to keep them performing according to technical and functional specifications; providing user support Have proven record for SAP System Development Good interpersonal skill, service mind, systematic thinking, Fast-learner, good inter-personal skills and able to work as a team with high responsibilities
