Key responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily sales operations, customer inquiries, lead handling, follow-up activity, and service quality Audit sales calls, consultation/video calls, chat communications, and CRM records against agreed quality standards Analyse lead-response time, lead qualification, conversion rate, sales revenue, customer demographics, objections, client feedback, and complaint trends Identify performance gaps, operational risks, and recurring irregular cases involving third parties or government-related requirements Provide regular performance reports and practical recommendations to the Head of Sales Coach Sales Representatives and support the Sales Operation Lead on sales techniques, objection handling, consultation skills, and customer communication Draft and implement approved sales SOPs, quality-assurance frameworks, team training, and performance-monitoring processes Recommend lead reassignment, corrective measures, and performance actions where appropriate Escalate serious service, compliance, customer-experience, and performance concerns to the Head of Sales About you At least 6 years of sales operations, sales quality assurance, sales coaching, inside sales management, customer success, or a related commercial role, with direct responsibility for team performance. Proven track record not only in selling, but in supervising and coaching a sales team. You understand that managing people requires different strengths than closing deals. Ability to analyse sales performance and translate findings into practical process or coaching improvements Experience conducting quality checks on calls, video consultations, chat communications, or CRM records Strong understanding of lead qualification, objection handling, sales conversion, customer experience, and performance reporting Professional fluency or native-level capability in English and Cantonese Strong communication, stakeholder-management, problem-solving, and coaching skills Comfortable handling complex or irregular customer cases and working across sales, business development, and client-support functions Proficient with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and sales-performance reporting tools A Chartered Secretary qualification or licence is a plus
