Supplier Quality Officer

Responsibilities: Coordinate supplier quality assurance activities and monitor product quality performance Handle supplier quality issues through root causes analysis and CAPA Assist in conducting supplier audits, process evaluations and driving supplier performance improvement Support in new product introduction (NPI), new supplier qualification, risk assessment and 4M change management activities Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain quality management system documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related discipline 3-5 years working experiences in QA, Supplier Quality or Manufacturing, preferably in IAQ products or home appliances Basic knowledge of quality management, supplier audits and continuous improvement methodologies Familiar with quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, CAPA, 5 Why and Control Plan Good communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese (includes Mandarin) Well-organized, detail-minded, good analytical and problem-solving skills Occasional travels to supplier sites are required Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer We offer competitive compensation package to the right candidate including 5-day work week Flexible working time Birthday leave Medical benefits & health checkup Life Insurance Double pay Discretionary bonus Education allowance Staff purchase discount Interested parties please apply with full resume stating current & expected salary, availability and send to HRA Department, Level 9, Tower II, Grand Century Place, 193 Prince Edward Road West, Mong Kok, Kowloon or click "Quick Apply" to submit your application.
