About the role This role is responsible for sales target management of PMLS products in HK, Macau & Taiwan, formulating and implementing sales strategy, and completing sales targets. The position involves cooperating with regional teams to follow up and implement the 4P strategy (product, channel, price and promotion). Key responsibilities Manage sales target management of PMLS product in HK & Macau & Taiwan Formulate and implement sales strategy and complete sales targets Cooperate with regional teams and implement the 4P strategy (product, channel, price and promotion) Manage and fulfill empowerment of regional internal team, channel and end-user training in product, clinical and competitive training Provide routine product and technical support for internal and external teams Assist regional key customers and large projects, and coordinate headquarter resources to meet sales and strategic targets Assist and guide clinical and marketing teams to carry out clinical value-oriented marketing activities Support exhibitions and academic conferences About you Fluent in both Cantonese and English (routinely within the workplace) Clinical medicine, biomedical engineering, or science and engineering-related majors More than 5 years of working experience in the medical equipment industry Professional background in research and development, marketing, clinical, service and related professional backgrounds of anesthesia & respiratory products, intensive care medicine, respiratory therapy, or operating room background is preferred Outgoing personality with good learning, communication, coordination, organizational skills, and teamwork skills
