About the role Ditrolic Energy is seeking a finance professional to support financial reporting, compliance, and treasury functions across our Asia-Pacific operations. This role involves managing multi-country financial processes, preparing management reports, and supporting investment analysis for our renewable energy projects. Executive – Finance & Tax (Ditrolic Energy Holdings Sdn Bhd) Location: Petaling Jaya Ditrolic Energy is a leading integrated renewable energy solutions provider in Southeast Asia, driving transformation across the region. Ditrolic Energy offers integrated solutions spanning solar PV, wind, energy storage and energy management, supported by comprehensive end-to-end EPC capabilities. Through its projects, the company partners with organisations to optimise energy usage and advance their transition towards net zero‑carbon targets. Key Responsibilities: Finance Operation Post and process journal entries and invoices. Update accounts payable/receivable and perform reconciliation. Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings with supporting schedule and update financial data in database. Support the preparation of cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports, including assessing funding requirements of subsidiaries, monitoring intercompany funding arrangements, and coordinating fund transfers within the Group. Support preparation of management reports for senior leadership and investors. Liaise with auditors, bankers, company secretaries, and other stakeholders when required. Taxation Assist in providing reviewing working papers for annual tax computations and supporting schedules for APAC region tax returns. Support CP204/CP204A estimation/revision exercises and tax provision reconciliations. Prepare and assist in Withholding Tax (WHT) submissions, including document verification and payment tracking. Assist in tax refund applications, tracking status and liaising with LHDN officers as required. Maintain organised and update records for all LHDN correspondence, notices and payments. Gather and compile documentation for tax incentives, tax audit queries and regulatory submissions (MY, SG, TH, PH, ID, BD, and CH). Assist in maintaining the Group Tax Compliance Tracker covering due dates, filing status, and payment confirmations. Liaise with local finance teams and external tax agents to ensure compliance deadlines are met. Perform data entry, reconciliation and validation for group tax reporting files. Support ad-hoc projects such as transfer pricing documentation and e-invoicing readiness exercises. Others Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, and Company financial guidelines. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and corporate governance standards across all jurisdictions. Ensure timely submission of tax filing, management and statutory reports. Any other duties as assigned by the Superior and/or the Management. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW) preferred. - Familiarity of IFRS/MFRS, financial reporting principles, and accounting best practices. - Familiarity of LHDN e-Invoice requirements, Sales and Service Tax (SST) regulations, and related Inland Revenue Board (IRBM/LHDN) compliance processes. - Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
