Procurement Coordinator

Position: Procurement Coordinator Job Responsibilities: Execute procurement processes for production & non-production materials, including supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, cost analysis, contract negotiation and other relevant activities Assist in sourcing of production and non-production materials as well as supplier management Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers for project implementation and complaint resolution Complete internal document administration and collect relevant documentation from suppliers Update and maintain material master data and supplier information in designated systems Regularly compile reports covering sourcing progress and supplier management performance Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutics, Chemical, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese, fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese is an advantage. Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement and SCM in pharmaceutical or related industries. Oversea suppliers sourcing experience is a plus. Good MS office, data analysis, communication and negotiation skills. Experience in SAP system and good knowledge in GMP requirement is preferred.
