主要職責與工作內容： 入職全流程管理： 負責保險顧問入職全流程管理，包括背景調查、牌照掛牌、系統開通及合約歸檔。 合規監控： 負責合規監控工作，涵蓋編制週報、跟進監管動態、審查持牌人宣傳及內容，以及管理 CPD（持續專業培訓）與 AML（反洗錢）。 行政支援： 提供日常營運及部門相關的綜合行政支援。 職位要求： 大專或以上學歷。 具備 1 至 3 年人事、行政或合規工作經驗。 具備保險行業工作經驗者優先。 粵語及普通話流利。 良好的中英文讀寫能力。 熟練掌握 Office 辦公軟件及飛書 (Lark/Feishu) 協作系統。 福利待遇： 底薪 + 勤工獎 + 年終獎。 五天工作制。 強積金 (MPF) Key Responsibilities and Duties: Full-Cycle Onboarding Management: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for insurance consultants, including background checks, license registration, system activation, and contract archiving. Compliance Monitoring: Handle compliance monitoring duties, including compiling weekly reports, tracking regulatory updates, reviewing licensee-generated content, and managing CPD (Continuing Professional Development) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive general administrative support for daily operations. Requirements: Tertiary education (Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above). 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, or Compliance. Experience in the insurance industry will be an advantage. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Feishu (Lark) collaboration tools. Our Benefits: Base salary + attendance bonus + year-end bonus. 5-day work week. Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF).
