Accounting Manager | Finance & Accounting Location: Bangkok – Phahonyothin Road, near BTS Sai Yud Working Days: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30 Work Arrangement: On-site, 5 days/week Key Responsibilities: Lead daily accounting operations covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Fixed Assets Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Thai GAAP and IFRS Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies Prepare financial reports, analysis, and management presentations Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures Coordinate with external auditors and manage annual audit activities Work closely with FP&A and Controlling teams on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team Drive continuous improvement and process optimization, including accounting automation Coordinate with the Revenue Department on corporate income tax filings, tax returns, and statutory reporting Support management with accounting and financial information for business decision-making Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting At least 8 years of accounting experience , with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position CPA qualification is preferred Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting Experience with ERP systems ; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is an advantage Strong Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Good leadership and people management capabilities Good command of English , both written and spoken
