Assistant IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Assistant IT Infrastructure Manager to join our Infrastructure Team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on experience in IT operations and infrastructure management, particularly in Microsoft environments and cloud platforms. Responsibilities: Maintain and support network and server infrastructure Monitor system performance and ensure security through anti-virus and patch management Administer and optimize Cloud/SaaS/PaaS platforms including AWS, Azure, M365, D365 Oversee on-premises infrastructure such as HCI, SAN, Firewall, Core Switches Troubleshoot, upgrade and regular/ad hoc maintenance of systems and applications Recommend and implement system improvements Create and maintain technical documentation for internal use and reporting Requirements: Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT operations and infrastructure support Solid experience with Microsoft network environments and system maintenance Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid infrastructure Familiarity with M365, Power Platform, Docker, and automation tools Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, Azure, AWS are a strong advantage Self-motivated with strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese Immediate availability is preferred Other Benefits Birthday Leave & Gift Discretionary Bonus Outpatient & Dental Subsidy Sports Subsidy Marriage Leave New Born Baby Gifts Training Sponsorship Office Party & Employee Events Interested parties please send your full resume with availability, current and expected salary by clicking “Apply Now”.
