Job Overview: The Strategic Partner Specialist plays a key role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that align with the company’s business goals. This role focuses on fostering long-term collaborative relationships, driving joint business opportunities, and enhancing the value delivered through partner ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners across relevant industries and markets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and suppliers to support business growth, including receiving and visiting suppliers. Collaborate internally with sales, product, and operations teams to align partnership strategies with company objectives. Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and a clear understanding of roles and goals. Monitor and report on partnership performance, driving continuous improvement. Represent the company at industry events and in partner meetings to promote collaboration and new opportunities. Support co-marketing campaigns and joint business initiatives with partners to maximize market impact. Qualifications: English proficiency at a native or near-native level. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business or a related field. 3+ years of experience in strategic partnership, business development, or related roles. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build and sustain successful business relationships. Analytical mindset with the capability to evaluate business opportunities and challenges. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience in B2B markets or technology sectors. Familiarity with contract negotiation and partnership lifecycle management. Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
