Post-Trade Business Analyst (Direct Contract)

A leading financial institution seeks a Post-Trade Business Analyst (Direct Contract) in Hong Kong to drive platform and market infrastructure transformation, optimise post-trade and settlement operations, and advance climate-related ecosystem initiatives. Key responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic platform and market infrastructure initiatives, from requirements through implementation and go-live Own business analysis and requirements, defining workflows, specifications, user journeys and controls across business and technology teams Drive workflow and operating model enhancements across post-trade, settlement, custody and climate-related initiatives Lead testing and implementation readiness, including UAT, defect resolution, migration, rollout and go-live support Influence stakeholders and coordinate delivery across Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Legal and external providers Drive platform and process improvements that strengthen controls, efficiency, scalability and climate-related ecosystem readiness Candidate profile: Bachelor's degree or above in Technology, Information Systems, Finance, Business, Engineering or a related field Significant experience in business analysis, platform delivery or transformation within financial services Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across requirements, testing, implementation and operational readiness Strong skills in workflow analysis, process mapping, operating models, requirements management and implementation Experience across trading, clearing, settlement, custody or market infrastructure; climate or carbon markets is advantageous Strong stakeholder, analytical and communication skills; excellent English required, with Chinese preferred About this company: A leading financial services organisation provides essential market infrastructure and solutions.
