Job Summary Responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, and ensuring financial data accuracy in compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. This role focuses on journal entries, account reconciliations, and coordinating with auditors. Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Perform balance sheet and account reconciliations to maintain financial data integrity. Support month-end and year-end closing processes within strict timelines. Review all account balance reconciliations to General Ledger (GL) and sub-ledger to ensure accuracy and timely clearing of reconciling items. Support audit activities and provide required financial documentation to external auditors. Coordinate with the internal accounting team and other departments as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accountancy. At least 2 years of experience in general accounting, General Ledger (GL), or corporate accounting (Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred). Solid understanding of accounting standards, financial principles, and internal controls. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas/Pivot Tables) and familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP) is a plus. High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and good analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various departments. Benefits & Welfare Base Salary Language Allowance (TOEIC): - Score 600 - 699: 1,500 THB / month - Score 700+: 2,000 THB / month Annual Bonus: Total 5 – 6 Months (1-month Fixed + 4-5 months Variable) Provident Fund: Flexible contribution up to 15% (Eligible from Day 1) -Company Match: Up to 9% (Maximum rate applied after 9 years of service) Medical Expense Reimbursement: Coverage extends to family members Working Days: Monday – Friday (07:50 – 17:10) Transportation: Shuttle Bus Service provided
