Business: Ship Management Assist in quotations follow up and cost comparisons of purchasing ship spare parts and consumables Issued purchase orders such as provision, spares, technical stores, or services in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions. Liaise with suppliers, forwarders and ship agency for order delivery to ships Arrange and instruct the forwarder to dispatch the shipment in the proper time range in order to catch the vessel schedule. Monitor purchasing orders record and tracking invoice status Communication & coordination with the Captain, supplier & superintendent for their requirement.
