About the role Supervise daily warehouse operations and allocate manpower. Key responsibilities Monitor order fulfillment, SLA, productivity, inventory accuracy, and outbound performance Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve operational issues Ensure compliance with SOP, safety, 5S, and warehouse procedures Train and coach warehouse operators and support peak campaign operations About you Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field 3+ years of warehouse/logistics experience Experience in B2C, e-commerce, or fulfillment is preferred Experience in team supervision and WMS Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Able to work under pressure and OT when required
