About the role We are looking for an experienced Systems Integration Sales Manager to drive business growth across Large Enterprise and Public Sector customers. The role will focus on selling end-to-end SI solutions including infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, professional services, application-related solutions and digital transformation projects. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of the public sector sales cycle, including tender processes, stakeholder engagement, compliance requirements and solution positioning. You will work closely with internal pre-sales, solution architects, delivery and partner teams to develop winning proposals and build long-term strategic customer relationships. Key responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for Systems Integration solutions targeting Public Sector and Large Enterprise accounts. Sell a broad portfolio of IT solutions and services, including Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, Wi-Fi, Storage, Managed Services, Professional Services and Software / Application-related solutions. Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities through account planning, customer engagement, partner collaboration and market intelligence. Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification, solution positioning, proposal development, tender submission, commercial negotiation to deal closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, senior business stakeholders, IT leaders, procurement teams and key decision makers. Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business challenges, technology roadmap, compliance needs and transformation objectives. Lead and coordinate internal cross-functional teams including pre-sales, solution consultants, project delivery, finance, legal and partner teams to develop competitive and compliant proposals. Support and manage public sector tenders, RFPs, RFQs and proposal submissions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, procurement procedures and internal approval processes. Drive sales pipeline development, opportunity nurturing and accurate sales forecasting. Provide regular business updates, sales forecasts, account plans and revenue reports to senior management. About you Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines. Minimum 4 years of B2B IT sales / account management experience, preferably in Systems Integration, IT services, software solutions, managed services or outsourcing. Prior sales experience serving Public Sector customers is highly preferred, including government departments, statutory bodies, public utilities, education, healthcare or related organisations. Solid understanding of public sector procurement and tendering processes, including RFP / RFQ handling, proposal preparation, compliance requirements and stakeholder management. Proven track record in selling complex IT solutions to large enterprise or public sector accounts. Good knowledge across ICT domains such as Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Infrastructure, Wi-Fi, Storage, Managed Services, Professional Services and Software / Application solutions. Strong ability to understand customer requirements, position SI solutions and work with pre-sales / technical teams to develop suitable proposals. Experienced in managing long sales cycles, complex stakeholder relationships and multi-party solution selling. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong business acumen with good skills in sales strategy, account planning, pipeline management and market analysis.
