About the role This role involves partnering with internal business units and corporate clients to understand operational workflows and technical bottlenecks, then translating business requirements into functional GenAI and workflow automation use cases. You will act as a hands-on builder to rapidly prototype solutions, design and refine system prompts and Retrieval Augmented Generation solutions, integrate enterprise data pipelines with AI infrastructure, support stakeholders through transitions to AI-enabled environments, conduct training sessions, and iterate quickly based on feedback. Key responsibilities: Partner closely with internal business units and corporate clients to understand their daily operational workflows and technical bottlenecks Assist in translating business requirements into functional GenAI and workflow automation use cases Rapidly prototype solutions using tools such as Work Buddy, Open WebUI, Dify, n8n, RAGFlow and Model as a Service platforms backed by advanced open source models like DeepSeek or Qwen Design, test and refine system prompts, few shot examples and Retrieval Augmented Generation solutions to maximize output accuracy and minimize hallucinations Assist in integrating enterprise data pipelines with central AI infrastructure and application programme interfaces Support corporate stakeholders through the transition from legacy workflows to AI enabled environments Prepare interactive user guides, reusable prompt templates, automated workflows and technical documentation Conduct briefings and training sessions for both business and technical users to ensure smooth adoption of developed tools Quickly modify and optimize prototypes based on live real time feedback from business units and technical mentors Requirements: Experience and Education A recognized University Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related discipline At Least 3 years of experience in system implementation application development workflow automation digital transformation or system administration . Technical Savvy Solid experience in JavaScript Programming and SQL Good foundational knowledge of GenAI concepts, Large Language Models (LLM), APIs and prompt engineering Hands on experience in configuring implementing or supporting digital productivity tools Preferred Advantages Prior experience with AI orchestration tools like Open WebUI, Dify, n8n, RAGFlow, or Work Buddy. Familiarity with open source LLMs like DeepSeek, Qwen , or other advanced models. Basic knowledge in RAG, vector databases, Linux, Docker, Python, or browser and desktop automation. Strong interest in information security, data governance, or digital transformation trends. Soft Skills and Attitude A proactive can do attitude with a strong passion and learning agility for emerging GenAI technologies. Good analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. Ability to work closely with non technical corporate users and deliver practical prototypes under tight deadlines. Driven by execution and timely delivery
