Asset Administrator (Speaks Chinese/No experience required)

About the role Overseas Asset Management Technician responsible for on-site asset management operations at Alibaba IDC data centers, including asset in/out procedures, acceptance, shipping, close-out registration, inventory management, and warehouse operations. Ensure compliance with established processes and alignment between records and physical inventory. Key responsibilities Conduct internal asset in/out operations based on work order requirements to meet delivery standards Perform asset acceptance and shipping according to work order specifications to fulfill delivery criteria Conduct inventory of on-site IT assets as per work orders, report discrepancy causes, and assist in resolving any discrepancies Ensure that the IDC data center's asset warehouse complies with relevant internal management requirements Follow up on identified discrepancies and collaborate on resolving them Ensure all inventory items—including all IT assets (complete systems, components, consumables) on site—are accounted for About you/Job Responsible Full-time college degree or above Major in science, engineering, or logistics-related fields At least 1 year of on-site IDC operations experience Familiarity with common server brands, typical network equipment, optical modules, and fiber optic cables used in data centers Ability to diagnose system, hardware, and network anomalies and adept at creatively solving problems Clear articulation, smooth expression, and logical reasoning Strong cross-departmental and team collaboration abilities Chinese language proficiency required Prior team management experience preferred
