We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant with prior administrative experience to support the company’s HR and administrative functions. The role will focus primarily on government compliance, permits, licenses, registrations, documentation, and administrative coordination, while also providing general HR support. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Government Compliance Handle and monitor company permits, licenses, registrations, and other government-required documents. Process and coordinate the renewal of business permits, licenses, and registrations. Prepare and submit required documents, forms, and reports to relevant government agencies. Coordinate with government offices regarding applications, renewals, submissions, and compliance requirements. Monitor government filing deadlines, permit renewals, and other compliance requirements. Maintain organized and updated records of government submissions, receipts, certificates, permits, and correspondence. Follow up on pending applications, government transactions, and required documentation. Assist with government inspections, audits, notices, and requests for documents. Coordinate with external consultants, government representatives, and other relevant parties when necessary. Ensure that company administrative and compliance documents are properly filed and readily accessible. Prepare administrative reports, forms, letters, and other business documents. Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed. HR Administrative Support Maintain accurate and updated employee records and personnel files. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding documentation. Assist in processing employee government-related requirements and registrations. Maintain records related to statutory benefits and employee government contributions. Assist with attendance, leave, and other HR administrative records. Prepare HR documents, reports, forms, and internal communications. Coordinate with employees regarding HR documentation and administrative requirements. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in an administrative role is required. Experience handling government compliance, permits, licenses, or regulatory documentation is an advantage. Familiarity with government agencies and administrative requirements is preferred. Strong organizational and document-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Able to handle confidential information professionally. Responsible, organized, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
