Product Operations Executive (for procurement & sourcing)

The Challenge We Pose to You: Act as contact point between internal parties and external suppliers on order processing and supplier onboarding. Handle sourcing and procurement activities from local and overseas suppliers. Follow up vendor quotation and provide assistance to procurement team for facilitating order processing. Responsible for vendor quotation negotiation process aligning to company procurement policy and guideline. Provide administrative support to Pre-sales teams. Any ad hoc projects as assigned. What You Bring to Us: Degree in Business Administration or related discipline. At least two years of experience in procurement or service logistics. Work experience in IT or telecommunication industries is preferred. Team player and with good interpersonal & communication skills. Able to work independently, handle multi-tasks and detail-minded. Proficient in MS Office tools and Chinese typing. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Candidate with less experience may considered as Assistant Product Operations Executive.
