About the role DMC Connect is building its AI and technology capabilities from the ground up. This is a hybrid role combining AI project management, software development, AI research, automation, and problem-solving. The goal is to turn real business problems and ideas into practical AI-powered solutions. You will work closely with the AI Lead Engineer. About you Experience in AI project management, software development, AI research, automation, or problem-solving What You Will Do Manage AI projects from idea → planning → development → testing → implementation. Break projects into clear tasks, priorities, and milestones. Develop AI features, prototypes, automations, and API integrations. Research and experiment with new AI models, tools, APIs, and technologies. Build AI workflows using LLMs, automation tools, databases, and external services. Identify business processes that can be improved or automated with AI. Test and evaluate solutions based on accuracy, quality, speed, cost, and reliability. Document projects, workflows, and technical processes. Track progress, identify blockers, and communicate results. Work closely with the AI Lead Engineer and gradually take ownership of projects. What You May Work On Projects may include: AI-powered business applications AI document and contract extraction AI email and communication systems AI agents and workflow automation Business process automation API and third-party integrations Internal AI tools AI-powered data processing AI content and marketing workflows Research and experimentation with emerging AI technologies The projects and priorities will evolve as we discover new opportunities where AI can create real business value. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, adaptable, and genuinely interested in AI. Technical skills are important, but we care strongly about how you think and how quickly you can learn. You should have some experience with: Python or JavaScript/TypeScript APIs and web services Git/GitHub Basic databases AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar Software development concepts Project management and task organization Experience with automation tools, AI APIs, cloud platforms, databases, or agent frameworks is a plus.
