About the Role Reporting to the Dealer Principal/CEO, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Service and Parts Departments, including: Leading and managing Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts Advisors, and Department Team Leaders Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and retention outcomes Driving department profitability, labour sales, parts sales, and productivity targets Developing and implementing aftersales strategies to support dealership growth Maintaining manufacturer standards and compliance requirements Managing workshop efficiency, technician utilisation, and work-in-progress levels Overseeing parts inventory, stock control, and purchasing processes Recruiting, developing, and coaching high-performing team members Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times Supporting the dealership's transition and growth within the electric vehicle sector What We're Looking For The successful candidate will have: Previous experience managing automotive Service and Parts departments Proven leadership experience within a franchised dealership environment Strong commercial and financial acumen Experience with EV servicing and electric vehicle technology A thorough understanding of workshop operations, technician productivity, and customer retention strategies Excellent communication and people leadership skills The ability to motivate teams and create a positive, performance-driven culture Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences Why Join Adventure Motor Group?
